I enjoyed the comfortable and clean room, and the heater was a welcome addition during the chilly nights. The location was fantastic for exploring, and I appreciated the breakfast buffet, although it was located at a nearby hotel.

i also expected complimentary bottled water in the room, but alas, had to pay cash for it at the lobby. such an inconvenience, and don’t get me started on those breakfast & coffee offerings, which were a total letdown. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

i loved how close this hotel was to many incredible landmarks like plaza manco capac, just a few steps away, and the stunning huayna picchu, only about 2.5 km away, which really made my city strolls enjoyable and convenient.

Great flat-screen TV in the room, but overall, cleanliness was lacking.
